What this actually means is that we've made a system that lets people hook up with a print shop they already know and trust (or to try a local alternative for a change), and thereby to make transactions be based on local business. Prints with 23 is a marketplace, and our database of print shops is rapidly growing. But you do not have to wait for that. You can enter your own favorite print shop into the system, and this shop will, if they accept the transaction, be available to other users as well.
